Performing a Fatigue Manager upgrade can involve a small amount of system downtime (usually less than one hour). As such, we always make sure all of the stakeholders are engaged, and that the upgrade has our full attention. This means we prefer to schedule one upgrade per day.
Our engineering team typically schedules Fatigue Manager upgrades to commence at 1:00pm AEST (GMT +10), however can make exceptions when required.
In order to perform the relevant planning and risk assessment, we require at least one week's notice of your request, which can be submitted using this form. We will work with you to schedule in the most appropriate time.
Note: If key stakeholders sometimes work on weekdays only, we advise a "no upgrades on Fridays" policy, so that any upgrade can be appropriately monitored for the first full day.
