The returned merchandise (RMA) process

Hopefully there will be no need to return any equipment to the SmartCap Team due to faults. However, if it's not possible to resolve the issue through the troubleshooting process with our support team, hardware may need to be returned. 

Please make us aware of the return shipment by filling out the "SmartCap RMA" form (see attached). Email it to support@smartcaptech.com. 

We will create a support ticket for it allowing you and us to track the progress. Send the goods together with a copy of the RMA form.

SmartCap Technologies will process any returns within 10 business days of receiving the goods.

 

Summary

  1. Complete troubleshooting to remotely resolve issue. If that fails,
  2. Fill out RMA form and email to support@smartcaptech.com
  3. Send hardware to SmartCap Technologies (Brisbane)
  4. SmartCap Technologies will process any returns within 10 business days of receiving the goods.
