Why do I receive ticket numbers now?

EdanSafe is deploying a new customer support portal for SmartCap users named SmartCap Help Centre. You can use Help Centre to review the SmartCap knowledge base, or to submit a support request. 

All support requests will get an individual tracking number, or ticket number, to allow us to make sure we address every request and track our performance in supporting you.
